Fraser Lions collect eye-glasses for overseas

Bruce Taylor in his shed sorting through the lastest collection. Optometrists gather the eye-glasses - there are collection boxes at most centres.  They are sent to a centre at Redcliffe where they are cleaned - sorted - calibration endorsed and then re-packed for distribution to Lions centres in other countries.  It is a worldwide Lions International project distributing millions of eye-glasses every year as Saving Sight has been a continuing Lions project for 80 years
